The delivery country must coincide with the purchase country. When you visit abelandlula.com you will indicate your Country and Language preference, the available delivery Regions/Counties are related to the selected Country. If at any time you would like to change the Country, you can do so.

According to the shipping promotions of each country, standard or pickup point shipments may be free of charge from a certain amount.

You can keep track of the status of your order through your account in My account > Orders. We will also send you an email each time the order status changes so as that you know what is happening at all times.

You will receive an email confirmation of the delivery once the order has left our warehouse. The courier will also contact you by SMS or e-mail to inform you of the tracking number and delivery of your order.

We will inform you about the arrival of the order to the pick-up point through a phone message or e-mail (you will have 15 days to collect it). It is necessary to present the order number and the ID of the person collecting it.
