How will I know if an item is on sale?
At Abel & Lula, we are committed to e-commerce transparency and consumer protection (Omnibus Directive). When you click on an item, we will show you both the original price and the current price, along with the discount percentage calculated from the difference between the two.
Are there shipping fees for discounted items?
Shipping fees are the same for all Abel & Lula items, regardless of whether they are reduced or not. And if you make a purchase over 150€, shipping is free!
Can I exchange or return an item purchased during the sales?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges, however you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to process a return. You can consult our Cancellations and returns section for more information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes 2-5 working days to receive your order. Remember that during Abel & Lula sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order from My Account > Orders. Additionally, you will receive an email when your order status changes.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?

There are measurement recommendations that you will find on each item of abelandlula.com to help you to know which size best suits their age and complexion. Additionally, our returns are free of charge, so you can send back your order if you don't get it right.
Is there any warranty for discounted products?
Discounted items have the same guarantees as continuity or new collection items, i.e. all our items are covered by the same Terms and Conditions.
What should I do if I receive a faulty sale item?
If you receive a faulty item whether it be in the sale or full price, please get in contact our with our Customer Service department.
