Through the web portal Subscribe to Newsletters, you can register yourself and your family in order to receive information, news and promotions.


The countries or regions where you can buy through the online store are marked with a shopping bag symbol. This symbol is displayed when entering abelandlula.com and selecting a region.


You can currently pay for your online purchases using credit or debit cards, as well as PayPal. Furthermore, in some countries additional payment methods are available.

Abel and Lula offers a simple system to process your exchanges and returns. See all the details in the Cancellation and Returns section.


Through My Account > Orders you can track your order to see its status. In addition, every time the status of your order changes, you will be informed with an email so that you are always up to date with the situation.


Once inside your shopping bag, just click 'Apply' on the promotion or discount voucher you want to redeem.
Remember that if you do not use the total amount, you will lose the remaining balance.
To check if you have a promotion or discount voucher available, you only have to access My Account > Promotions.


You can only cancel an order if its status is Received. To do so, access My Account > Orders.


Click on the ‘Have you forgotten your Password?’ link underneath the login section and we will send a new password to your e-mail address.


In this case, you should process the return from My Account if you are still within the return period or, if you are already out of time, contact our Online Customer Service Department. Abel and Lula will refund you for the item as soon as we receive it at our warehouse and verify the condition of the item.


Make sure you are using the website that corresponds to the same country from which you placed the order.
