How can I know if an item is on sale?
At Abel & Lula, we are committed to e-commerce transparency and consumer protection (Omnibus Directive). When you click on an item, we will show you both the original price and the current price, along with the discount percentage calculated from the difference between the two.
Are there shipping fees for discounted items?
Shipping fees are the same for all Abel & Lula items, regardless of whether they are discounted or not. And if you make a purchase over $250, shipping is free!
Can I exchange or return an item purchased during the sales?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges, however you have 30 days from receipt of your order to process a return. You can see the section Cancellations and returns for more information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes 4-6 business days to receive your order. Remember that during Abel & Lula sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order from My Account > Orders. Also, when your order changes status we will send you an email informing you.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Please note, we cannot change your delivery address. Contact the carrier directly to know your options; you can request to hold the package in a facility so you can personally pick it up if the change is within the same city and state.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?
You can request the return of your order by accessing My Account > Orders or select the order to be returned from My Account > Returns. You can find more information in the Cancellations and Returns section of our Shopping Guide.
How to buy the correct size?
The measurement recommendations that you will find in each item of abelandlula.com can help you to know which size best suits their age and complexion. Also, our returns are free, so you can return your order if you don't get it right.
Is there any warranty for discounted products?
Discounted items have the same guarantees as continuity or new collection items, i.e. all our items are covered by the same Terms and Conditions.
What should I do if a discounted item is defective?
You can process a return from My Account during the first 30 days after receiving your order. After this period, you will need to contact our Customer Service.
